Down Payment – One half of the estimate for the job must be received before work begins on the job. All printing must be prepaid before printing is ordered.

Proof-Reading is the sole and full responsibility of the customer.  We are always happy to fix any mistakes we may make in the course of producing your documents.  Customer modifications will incur additional charges over original estimate.

Rush Service is available when possible.  These charges will vary, and can run from 50% to 100% at the discretion of Drew’s Graphics/Arts & Crafts.

Additional charges may include shipping charges and will vary depending on mode of shipment chosen by the customer.
